Fun noodle bar

I brought my niece here to enjoy an authentic noodle bar and that’s exactly what you get. They have a tv centered in the singing area playing sports, you smell the delicious aromas as soon as you walk in- Guaranteeing if you were not hungry before you will be. They freshly pull their own noodles here and it shows. In taste and texture, but also you can watch them through a glass divider. They have beer and sake on the menu, and when you are seated you get complimentary roasted peanuts. We had the soup dumplings, misco ramen, and Korean cold noodles. As a Korean I will give their noodles a full seal of approval. I couldn’t stop eating them. The broth is rich and fragrant and they even made it spicy per my request. I will be thinking about these noodles for a long time. I already miss them like an ex. The soup dumplings were perfect and served with a sweet soy sauce. It was excellent though it didn’t even need it, the broth inside was fantastic. You can tell it is a true bone broth. The miso ramen was dark and rich and I am pretty sure it could cure all illnesses. Meat was tender and veggies fresh. Do not miss this place. It’s going to be my must visit anytime I am in town. Food was so good I got distracted and forgot to take the pictures before digging in. Highly recommend the beef buns, going to be a favorite I return for regularly. The orange chicken tastes fresh and like a clean homemade recipe. The peppered beef is a good texture and has a bit of a kick from the pepper great with white rice. Our server Daniel was prompt filling my drink too!! Can't wait to come back.

Excellent service and very delicious food. I had the seafood ramen, and it was absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the Pad Thai and was very satisfied with his meal as well. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, which was a big plus. The prices are also very reasonable.

This was my first time here and I loved it. I had broccoli & beef and it was very flavorful ( they severs a big portion) & my daughter had a soup. We Loved every bite. We also ordered soup dumplings and they were amazing!!! I highly recommend this place!!! Our waiter was very nice and patient :) he took the time to answer my questions. 10/10

My bf and I were passing through Waxahachie during our normal date night time and chose to spend it here. It’s that type of hole in the wall place that has you knowing it’s going to be something. It served a wide variety of Asian dishes from Vietnamese to Japanese to Chinese to Thai, but I wager at its core it’s Chinese. We started with the pork potstickers, and they were fantastic. It’s hard to find places that cook the outside correctly with crisp on the bottom and chew on top, but Fun did it perfectly. My bf got the lamb dry hot pot, and it looked stellar. He got a lot of food for the money and really enjoyed it. I would recommend if you could handle spice. I tried the Chicken Karaage Ramen, and found it lacking. It tasted like eating pure grease, and though the Karaage was alright, it was weighed down heavily by the broth. The noodles were noticeably homemade, though. Overall, we would recommend coming here.
